Good Morning Gather

Happy Monday everyone!

I hope everyone had a great weekend. I certainly did. It was the first weekend we've had at home in over a month and with a new house, there was all kinds of projects that I wanted to get done. I did get a few things crossed off the list and I'm doing a few more today.

I'm mentally preparing myself to drive about and hour and a half north of us today, near Washington DC. Leaving at the wrong time means you hit a ton of traffic so I'm waiting for all of the early birds to get themselves to work before I start my trek. I've got a few things to get from Ikea (the real reason I'm going), but since I also have stores up there, it's a work day for me as well.

I'm going to Ikea to get 2 dressers to use as nightstands, a couple of side tables for the living room, and maybe a few other inexpensive house things while I'm there. I better get started so I can get out of there before the afternoon commuters get out of work and start the traffic jam all over again.

I was going to the grocery store this morning and do a shop but my gd is home sick so will be doing those things another day.

Enjoy your day. I am looking after the kids, doing laundry and cleaning. Just a typical day. I am also working online as much as I can..
